Position : Business Analyst
Location : Pune
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Guide and support the Scrum Team(s), removing obstacles to successful implementation and ensuring ongoing focus on current tasks.
- Lead scrum and agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Track and report progress using relevant metrics.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful completion of software development projects.
- Continuously refine the Agile process by staying informed on the latest industry trends and best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must-Have Skills: Expertise in Agile Project Management.
- Good-To-Have Skills: Experience with Scrum.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and inspire teams to meet project objectives.
- Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA or Trello.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a solid foundation in Agile Project Management.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, with a proven track record of successfully delivering software development projects using Agile methodologies.
- This role is based at our Pune office.
