Primary Responsibilities:

• Analyze Business Requirements: Translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Develop Custom Solutions: Design, code, test, and implement Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
• Integrate Systems: Perform Salesforce integrations with other platforms.
• Maintain and Enhance: Continuously improve the Salesforce platform.
• Troubleshoot Issues: Identify and resolve bugs to ensure application stability.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with project managers, admins, and stakeholders for successful project completion.
• Document and Train: Create technical documentation and provide user training for Salesforce.

Additionally, you are expected to comply with company policies and procedures, including flexibility in work arrangements as needed by business requirements. The company reserves the right to modify these policies at its discretion.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
• Experience: Background in software development, particularly in customer-facing applications.
• Technical Skills: Expertise in Salesforce CRM, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications: Salesforce Administrator or JavaScript Developer I.
