Role Overview
As an Associate Software Engineer, you’ll join a dynamic team committed to designing, developing, and maintaining technology solutions that improve how businesses and the world operate. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and supporting innovative systems that meet client requirements from concept to execution.

Preferred Skills and Knowledge Areas

- Salesforce Customization: Experience or knowledge of Salesforce.com configuration.
- Full-Stack Development: Proficiency in J2EE or .NET (ASP.NET/ASP.NET MVC).
- Automation Testing: Designing test cases, analyzing test results, and applying testing methodologies.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: BE/BTech/ME/MTech in any engineering stream, MCA, or MSc (CS/IT/Computer Applications/Data Science/Computer Science & Applications).
- Graduation Year: Any year up to 2024.
- Experience: Less than 24 months of full-time work experience.
- Backlogs: No active backlogs during application or onboarding.
- Program Duration: Degree must be completed within its standard timeframe (e.g., a 4-year BTech completed in 4 years).
- Citizenship: Indian citizens preferred. Bhutan and Nepal nationals are eligible without a work visa. All other foreign nationals need a valid work visa, OCI, or PIO card.

Assessment Process
If you meet the eligibility criteria, you will receive an email invitation to participate in the online assessments. The assessment process is conducted in three stages, and you must complete each stage within the designated time frame.
The first step is the Mock Assessment. This is a mandatory 20-minute practice session that ensures your hardware, software, and internet connection meet the required standards for the real assessment. The mock test will provide you with a preview of the actual assessment format and help you familiarize yourself with the types of questions and the platform.
Assessment #1: Cognitive and Technical Assessment
After completing the mock assessment, you will proceed to Assessment #1, which lasts 90 minutes. This stage consists of two main sections:
- The Cognitive assessment contains 50 questions that test your English ability, critical thinking, problem-solving, and abstract reasoning skills.
- The Technical assessment includes 40 questions covering topics such as common applications, MS Office, pseudocode, and the fundamentals of networking, security, and cloud computing.
Your results for the cognitive and technical assessment will be displayed within 5-10 minutes after completion. It’s important to remain seated and await the results. If you pass the cognitive and technical assessment, you will immediately proceed to the coding assessment. Please note that you must meet the section and subsection cut-offs to be eligible for further rounds.
Candidates who do not pass the cognitive and technical assessment or fail to participate in any part of the assessment will not be considered further in the recruitment process.
Assessment #2: Coding Assessment
If you successfully clear the cognitive and technical assessment, you will proceed to Assessment #2, the coding assessment. This stage lasts 45 minutes and consists of two coding questions. You are required to solve these problems using one of the following programming languages:
- C
- C++
- Dot Net
- Java
- Python
Assessment #3: Communication Assessment
The final stage, Assessment #3, is the communication assessment. This will be conducted separately, and you will receive an email with specific details, including timelines and login instructions. The communication assessment, which lasts for approximately 30 minutes, evaluates your proficiency in the following areas:
- Sentence mastery
- Vocabulary
- Fluency
- Pronunciation
