Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Communication: Possess excellent communication skills to listen, understand, and convey information to key stakeholders, emphasizing areas for improvement and potential issues.
- Collaboration: Work effectively with teams to complete tasks within set deadlines while maintaining high standards and superior service levels.
- Proactivity: Exhibit a proactive approach and take responsibility beyond assigned tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review tickets/order IDs based on client-provided documents.
- Communicate effectively to resolve customer issues.
- Check the status of services on accounts using client tools.
- Demonstrate excellent multitasking and creative problem-solving skills.
- Act decisively in critical situations by assessing and initiating appropriate actions.
- Update order status in internal and client tools.
- Create and share daily reports with clients.
- Meet process expectations with high quality and adherence to SLAs.
- Collaborate with the team and Project Manager to ensure timely project delivery.
Required Skills:
- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to develop and analyze tickets.
- Proven ability to ensure error-free results through self-checking.
- Effective client communication skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, high-energy environment with rotational shifts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
