Job Overview and Responsibilities
As an Associate Analyst, you will contribute to various analytics projects, including ad-hoc decision support and scenario analyses. We’re looking for creative, detail-oriented individuals who enjoy solving complex problems through data insights.
In this role, you will:
- Assist in ad-hoc decision support, analytics projects, and scenario analyses.
- Gather and organize data from various sources using SQL, Python, or R.
- Create, modify, and automate reports and dashboards, ensuring that reporting structures and metrics are well-organized and effectively communicated to decision-makers through data visualization tools like TIBCO Spotfire.
- Conduct statistical analyses, including customer engagement and marketing promotions analytics, and develop descriptive and predictive models using SQL, R, Python, and SAS.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering – Aerospace, Science, or Aviation.
- 0-1 year of experience in data querying and manipulation.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Competence in querying and manipulating relational databases such as Teradata SQL Assistant, Microsoft SQL Server, or Oracle SQL Developer.
- Detail-oriented, thorough, and analytical, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
Preferred:
- Master’s Degree.
